    .
Amazon should be ashamed to be selling this piece of junk.

The author is obviously not a native English speaker and it blatantly shows in the jibberish that he writes. (it is also undoubtedly the reason that he hides his last name.

Here are 3 examples from page 25. – JUST ONE PAGE !

—-”Touch the icon at the bottom of any Home screen.” – There are multiple icon on the bottom of Home screens, WHICH ONE IS HE TALKING ABOUT !!

—-”Release the screen.” – WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES THAT MEAN ?

—- “…at the top of the screen, as shown in.” – as shown in WHAT ?

As I said: it’s a piece of junk (and that is not the word I really want to use)

I have to admit, I got this to hold me over until Nexus 7 for Dummies was released, but all in all it’s not that bad. It gives a lot of good hints and has helped quite a bit, although I wish the index was broken down a bit better. The pictures are in black and white and are a little dark, but at least it gives you something to go on. For the price it’s a good basic starter book.
