Question by Ande: What is a good MP4 player that has high volume output, but costs under or around 0?
I want an MP4 player to listen to podcasts, but I don’t want to put too much money into the device, so for this reason an Ipod Touch and a Zune are out of the question. A Creative Zen might be okay since you can get a 16 GB model for only $ 70, but I’m not sure about the sound output, so I’m open to any suggestions.

Cowon iAudio9 might be a bit out of your price range- but considered very good quality of sound (16GB for $ 145, 8GB for $ 115)
Cheaper option – Sandisk’s Sansa Fuze (or Fuze+, the newer model) – prices vary according to the GBs (the Fuze+ of 16GB is $ 110 and has option to expend using a micro SD card).
Most cheap option (but up to 8GB here) are the Archos “Vision” players : 3, 3cam 15, 18b, 24b, 30c, and others (under $ 80).
* Stay away from Sony walkman – a lot of people complained they have too low volume, even when using the max (which is sad because it’s SONY!).
